Reflection

The first quarter of this year involved a lot of learning and growth. In these months, I learned the art of handling time and productivity. New strategies, tools, and techniques served as gains in optimizing output with a more minimal input. These have deepened not just school-related habits within me but enlightened me that one never stops improving in his professional life.

Indeed, challenges abound in the quarter primarily about getting accustomed to new workflows. It is really difficult balancing school works and personal activities, where somehow I proved badly managed time from time to time. Thus, I had to re-think how to do some of the daily activities and what a very structured way of dealing with my responsibilities would be.

To address these challenges, I adopted structured planning techniques to better prioritize tasks. I defined my study and personal time clearly, so I could then focus separately on each area without distractions. I was also exposed to new ways and techniques of time management that helped me avoid disrupting my efficiency to properly handle things. Such efforts have been very resourceful for me in going about the adjustments required in helping me achieve far better balances in between my private and school commitments.

Moving on, I will look forward to further improving these skills and initiating professional development that will enable me to be more productive. Most importantly, I will be able to maintain a very balanced approach whereby one may have to go that extra mile in either studies or personal life. Through the effective time management techniques that I continue to develop, hopefully by time, a much better year of fulfillment and productivity will be taken on.
